Advisory Services
- After initial screening, the first hour of discussion is free.
- Billable hourly rates apply, not exceeding 10 hours without proper notice.
- Discounts available for large blocks of hours as packages.
- Friends & family discounts apply.
- Ask about a “sliding pricing scale” and discuss your budget.
- Detailed invoices sent after services are received.
Project-Based Consulting
- Proceeding towards an agreed-upon plan & presentation is a project retainage fee based on scope.
- Retainage includes formal research of the business, industry, and people with a structured presentation to stakeholders.
- Each project includes an informal needs assessment, opinion of business valuation & owners’ equity, business plan for lenders or equity partners, and forecasted projected earnings.
- We provide a professional quote with detailed scope for estimated additional fees to complete the project.
Speaking & Teaching
- Keynote speaking, workshops, and targeted short classes billed at an hourly promotional rate.
- Associated costs include travel, teaching materials, and lodging.
