Our approach

We aim to design and maintain the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical reference. This is a goal for continuous improvement, not a representation that every page or third-party component currently satisfies every criterion.

Our practices may include:

• Maintaining readable contrast, scalable text, responsive layouts, and alternatives for meaningful images.

ARCH does not control the accessibility of third-party platforms, but we welcome notice when an integration creates a barrier and will consider a reasonable alternative within our control.

The gated Value My Business tool is not available for public use. It is not an accessible public service and should not be used to submit real or sensitive information.
