This Privacy Policy explains how A.R.C.H. Consulting, LLC (“ARCH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit archconsults.com, contact us, book a consultation, or choose to receive email communications.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact inquiries: name, email address, subject, message, and any information you voluntarily include.
- Newsletter choices: your email address and consent status when you opt in. Newsletter consent is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry.
- Scheduling and direct communications: information you provide through Microsoft Bookings, email, telephone, or another channel you choose.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card data, account passwords, protected health information, or confidential financial records through general website forms.
Information collected automatically
Our website and service providers may collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers. Security and anti-spam services may process an inquiry’s content and technical data to detect abuse.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for website operation, security, preferences, and form functionality. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site use and measure actions such as page views, successful contact-form submissions, and selected contact or consultation calls to action. Our site code is configured not to send contact-form names, email addresses, subjects, messages, or link text to Google Analytics. Analytics events use general labels and page paths. Google and other providers may process technical information under their own terms and privacy policies.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect parts of the site. Browser privacy controls and content blockers may also limit analytics.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested consultations or services.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and communications.
- Send newsletters or other marketing communications only when you have opted in or another lawful basis applies; every marketing email should provide an unsubscribe method.
- Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
- Maintain business records and meet legal, tax, contractual, and compliance obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to vendors that support our operations, such as website hosting and content delivery, Microsoft 365 and Bookings, email and newsletter platforms, Google Analytics, spam and security services, and professional advisers. Those providers process information for their services and under their own terms. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.
Third-party services and embedded content
Pages may link to or embed content from services such as Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, podcast platforms, or other websites. Visiting or interacting with those services may allow them to collect information, use cookies, or track activity according to their policies. ARCH does not control those third-party practices.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiry, communication, newsletter, analytics, security, and business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and context. We may keep de-identified or aggregated information that no longer reasonably identifies you.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided to ARCH, or withdraw newsletter consent, by contacting us. We will evaluate requests based on the information and law applicable to the request and may retain records where reasonably necessary for legal, security, contractual, or business-record purposes. To protect privacy, we may need to verify identity.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website and the information we handle. No website, network, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Email and general web forms should not be used for highly sensitive or regulated information.
Value My Business tool
The Value My Business tool is gated and is not open to public submissions. It is not authorized to accept real business or financial data and does not provide a public numerical valuation. Do not attempt to submit sensitive information through inactive, staging, or experimental routes. If the tool is released later, ARCH will first review and update applicable privacy, security, consent, retention, and professional-methodology disclosures.
Children
This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this site.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when our website or practices change. The current version will appear on this page with its effective and update dates. Material changes may be communicated by an additional reasonable method when appropriate.
